Message #24

Dear Ones,

I give you a big hug and welcome you back to continue our journey with Sara and Janis. I see a little twinkle in your eyes today and sense maybe a bit of excitement as to what may lie ahead, so I will continue on with the story.

As Sara and Janis drifted up through the cloud tunnel toward Heaven Sara could tell she was getting closer as the clouds became noticeably brighter as they went along. Sara looked off in the distance and saw three blue stars that disappeared off to the right.

" Oh look ", she said to Janis, " There they are. They are on their way to Heaven now, huh? "

" Yes ", replied Janis, " See what you did? Doesn’t it make you feel great? "

"Oh, wow ", Sara gasped, " It really does. But how, I mean, how did I do that? I didn't do anything. "

" Oh yes you did dear one," Janis said, " You did magic. "

" I don't get it," Sara said with a puzzled tone to her voice, " What magic? "

"Dear, dear, sweet Sara ", replied Janis " It is so simple that anyone can do it. You see there is heavenly magic in each and every tear of compassion. They are like drops of pure liquid love coming from your heart. Anyone who is touched by them feels that love instantly and it washes away their sorrows. See, I told you it was simple. You'll find that most things are that really matter. "

Sara interrupted as she had a delightful thought," You mean that if enough people had enough compassion that all those millions of lonely souls would be set free? "

" Yes, you got it ", Janis replied cheerfully, " I knew you'd figure it out. "

" Holy smoke ", Sara shouted, " Pardon my language but I've got to do something to let everybody know when I get back. "

Janis beamed brightly and said very softly so Sara wouldn't hear, " Don’t worry, you will. "

" What? " said Sara.

"Oh nothing ", replied Janis followed with a little giggle, " Just a little secret I know. "

" Come on, tell me. " Sara responded as she turned toward Janis and began to bounce up and down.

" I cant yet," Janis said, " but I promise you will know someday when you least expect it. "

" Promise? " said Sara.

" I promise ", replied Janis, " I promise on the hearts of the dear ones that will know what I said even before you do. "

Suddenly Janis pointed ahead and shouted gleefully, " Look! "

Sara somewhat startled turned sharply to see what all the excitement was about.

" Wow! " she gasped." How beautiful. "

Just ahead there seemed to be a shimmering rainbow on the fluffy white clouds of the tunnel wall.

" Yippee! " Sara screeched loudly, " That's got to be Heaven and I can't wait to see it! "

Giving Janis a big yank, she took off at full speed.

" Wait Sara! " Janis hollered loudly, " Slow down! Really, Sara, you need to slow down! "

" Why? " yelled Sara.

" You'll see. " replied Janis as she let go of Sara's hand.

Swoosh. Away went Sara towards the beautiful lights ahead. As she got closer she began to hear the beautiful sounds of heavenly music like a choir of waterfalls and birds singing. She could even smell the beautiful fragrances of flowers in the air. Her heart began to pound with excitement as she saw an opening coming closer and closer. She could tell that all these beautiful things were coming from within. This time the doorway was on the right side of the tunnel and that gave Sara great confidence as she headed straight for the opening.

" Wait! " she heard Janis shout from behind her.

BAM!! Sara suddenly slammed against an invisible barrier that was across the opening and bounced back against the left wall of the tunnel and slowly slid down to the bottom. Half dazed she lay there staring up through the opening and saw birds flying through the most beautiful sky she had ever seen. The thought still remained in her mind that this view before her truly must be Heaven because it was just too beautiful not to be. She thought maybe she should try going through the doorway again but slowly this time.

" That won't work either. ", she heard Janis's voice say followed by a sigh.

" You know ", Janis continued, "You really do need to listen when I try and warn you of something. There is always a reason foolish girl. See what happened. Look at you all sprawled out down there; you really do look silly. "

" Well ", said Sara, " why didn't you stop me since you apparently knew what was going to happen? "

" I could tell how determined you were ", Janis replied, " and I figured you would just have to learn the hard way. Besides, I can't stop you from doing anything you decide to do. I can only warn you if you are about to do something foolish and I did tell you to slow down, and wait.  Remember? "

" Yea ", Sara replied, " but you didn't tell me why. "

" I would have ", Janis answered, " if you hadn't been in such a hurry. Patience does have important rewards you know. "

" Well, hah, it does sort of seem that way, doesn't it? " Sara said as she started giggling. Janis joined in as she reached down to help Sara up on her feet.

" Are you ok? " Janis asked.

" Sure ", Sara replied, "It didn't hurt really and I guess I did learn a lesson sort of. Kinda seems worth it in a way as I think about it. But I'd really rather spend my time in there! " pointing at the doorway. " So what's the deal now that you have my full intention. "

" Come on, I'll show you ", Janis said as she led Sara toward the doorway, " You're gonna love this place, big time."

Oh my, could this be Heaven?

What lies beyond the third doorway?

What wonders will Sara behold within?

Will she be able to enter?

What have you, dear one, learned today?

What will you learn tomorrow as our journey continues?

See you then. *----*  ( smile ) LOVE YOU
